Role Overview
We are currently seeking Customer Support Interns, Junior Executives, and Experienced Professionals who are proficient in Japanese to join our agile and innovative team. Key Responsibilities

  • Multilingual Customer Support: Deliver high-quality email and chat support in Japanese, resolving inquiries related to our loyalty and rewards platforms in a timely, professional manner.

  • Translation & Localization: Translate and localize content such as FAQs, user documentation, and presentation materials into Japanese, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.

  • Documentation: Contribute to the creation of polished Japanese-language documentation and internal communications.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to address Japanese-speaking customer needs and elevate service delivery standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is essential.

    • Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required.

    • Additional language skills are a plus.

  • Customer Orientation: A positive and professional demeanor with a sincere commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to accuracy in translations and client communications.

  • Excellent Communicator: Proven ability to adapt tone and messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using productivity and communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Experience Requirements

  • Internship & Junior Roles: Open to fresh graduates and early-career candidates who meet the Japanese language criteria.

  • Senior Roles: Prior experience in customer service and fluency in Japanese will be strongly considered for senior-level openings.
