Role Overview
We are actively seeking Customer Support Interns, Junior Executives, and experienced professionals with fluency in Korean to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Multilingual Customer Support: Deliver exceptional chat and email support to our clients in Korean, addressing queries related to loyalty and rewards programs and providing timely resolution.
Translation & Localization: Assist in translating and localizing various materials including FAQs, user guides, and pitch decks into Korean, ensuring cultural and contextual accuracy.
Documentation: Support the preparation of high-quality Korean-language documents and internal communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to align on language-specific customer needs and help drive excellence in service delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
Customer Orientation: A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in translations and customer communications.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written communication and the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences.
Tech-Savvy: Competency in using digital tools and office applications (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite).
Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively across departments in a multicultural, collaborative environment.
Experience Requirements
Internship & Junior Roles: Open to fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience who meet the language requirements.
Senior Roles: Candidates with prior experience in customer support and Korean language proficiency will be considered for senior positions.
